Central Coast Bridal Fair is the breath of fresh air the bridal industry has been seeking on the Central Coast. Owned and operated by Brigitte Faulkner, who has been a pillar in the event and bridal community for over 25 years. Brigitte created an event that could meet all your big day needs, whether you envision a swanky black-tie event or if you simply see yourself barefoot in the sand. The CCBF is a beautiful collective of everything you’ll need to pull off the wedding of your dreams, from planners and coordinators to venues and DJs or caterers and wait staff.
Brigitte’s love for event planning shines through her work and her attention to detail. She understands the magical moments that you hope to create on your special day, and she’s made it her life’s work to see that vision come to life. As an owner of the company, you'll find Brigitte fully immersed in each event doing anything from supporting her vendors and directing her staff to washing the dishes.

Sarah comes to us with over 18 years of experience in the culinary and hospitality industry. She's a multi-passionate creative, a sushi chef by trade and now one of our preferred vendors for all things sweet!
Sarah started Caked Up two years ago as a way to escape the daily grind of the culinary scene and has continued to grow her business with us! From wedding cakes to dessert tables, cakesicles or cupcakes, to truffles and hand pies.
Caked Up specializes in the unusual and
thrives on the unconventional.
